Armed with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (AUT), certifications in Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise and Kettlebell Coaching, and currently pursuing her Professional Pilates Instruction of Reformer, Mat and Small Apparatus. Mandi brings a unique blend of expertise to her coaching. She is also globally recognized as a Les Mills International and National Masterclass Trainer and Presenter in group fitness, making her a leader in empowering movement experiences.
As a mum of three, Mandi understands firsthand the mental and physical transformations of motherhood. Her own journey, especially during her third pregnancy, deepened her appreciation for healing, resilience, and the importance of embracing every phase of life with self-compassion. This drives her mission to empower other women to navigate their journeys with strength and grace.
Mandi’s holistic approach combines her extensive experience with tailored fitness strategies designed to meet each woman’s unique needs. Whether it’s group training, Pilates, corrective exercise, or strength training, her programs are inclusive, fun, and supportive, empowering women to achieve their goals sustainably and with confidence.
When she’s not coaching, Mandi is likely enjoying movement in some form, spending time with her whānau, diving into her favorite book, or creating a new workout. She’s also known to bake up a storm—always pairing it with ice cream! Above all, Mandi is dedicated to being relatable, approachable, and your greatest cheerleader, offering practical support to help every woman thrive in her health and wellness journey.
Meet Grace
Grace is a nutrition coach, group fitness instructor, and certified personal trainer with over eight years of experience in the fitness industry. She is deeply passionate about health and well-being, with a special focus on supporting others in their journey toward a positive relationship with food.
Having worked with a diverse range of clients in nutrition, Grace has personally transformed her own relationship with food from a negative to a positive, which fuels her passion for helping others navigate similar challenges.
As a mum of two beautiful girls, Grace understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of motherhood. Experiencing two pregnancies and births in quick succession gave her a newfound appreciation for her body and highlighted the vital role of movement and nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Now a stay-at-home mum, Grace fully embraces the busyness of life with little ones. Whether she’s in the gym, leading a group fitness class, soaking up the sunshine on a walk, or spending time with friends and whānau, she prioritizes movement as a key pillar of well-being. She firmly believes that as a māmā, filling your own cup is essential—allowing you to show up as the best version of yourself for your babies.
Grace is committed to walking alongside you on your journey with food and fitness, helping you build confidence, balance, and long-term sustainability in your health.
